How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since we use print-on-demand services, all orders are final once they are placed. We cannot modify or cancel ordersafter they are sent for production. Please double-check your order before confirming checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 2-5 business days for production and 5-10 business days for shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to dislike, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at teetaiwan28@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will assist you.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Since all items are printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges for size issues. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

What type of t-shirts do you use?
We use high-quality t-shirts known for their comfort and durability. Each product description includes fabric details and fit information.

How should I care for my t-shirt?
For best results, wash your t-shirt inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
