Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, choose your favorite tee, select your color and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@teetaiwan.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has begun processing.
What payment methods do you accept?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
How much is shipping?

How long will my order take?
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Delivery time after that varies by destination, carrier, customs, and current shipping conditions.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, dislike, or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@teetaiwan.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll help you as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange my shirt for another size?
We generally cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

We use comfortable, quality tees chosen for everyday wear. Fabric, fit, available colors, and sizing can vary by design, so check the individual product page for details.
How should I care for my T-shirt?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since we use print-on-demand services, all orders are final once they are placed. We cannot modify or cancel ordersafter they are sent for production. Please double-check your order before confirming checkout.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 2-5 business days for production and 5-10 business days for shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to dislike, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at teetaiwan28@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will assist you.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Since all items are printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges for size issues. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
